Services

Here at Marian Estates our team places a thoughtful approach to the services we provide to each and every one of our residents and guests. Many of the services are primarily offered to Independent Living residents, however the quality of care and services provided community wide are our utmost priority when serving our residents. In addition to daily services and activities we also offer Respite Care in both of our Assisted Living buildings for those times where your loved one needs help transitioning from the hospital, or to offer relief to the current caregiver.

24 HOUR STAFF & MAINTENANCE

All facilities on campus offer staff availability 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Rest assured in an emergency situation Sloper, Elliott and McKillop Residences will have a team member available to you to assist and put you at ease. In the event of a maintenance emergency there are maintenance personnel available to assist from large tasks such as water leaks, to those small pesky tasks like the light that is out on that vaulted ceiling.

HOUSEKEEPING

Housekeeping services available in Sloper, McKillop & Elliott Residences included in the monthly rent. Laundry service included for those in studio style homes. For the homes, duplexes and cottages in Independent Living housekeeping services are available by appointment and can be arranged on a weekly or monthly basis.

WEEKLY EXERCISE

Independent Living offers weekly exercise instruction as well as a fitness center in the Sloper building. This is free to all Independent living residents and is part of our continued efforts to provide healthy activities to enjoy while on campus.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

Assisted living and Independent living residents that live in studio style homes with no washer and dryer in the home will receive free laundry service weekly. One of our dedicated housekeeping team members will pick up your clothing and/or bedding and wash and dry same day and deliver freshly laundered clothing back to you.

TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM APPOINTMENTS

Independent Living residents will enjoy weekly transportation services to and from doctors’ appointments. There are designated trips into Salem offices, as well as local Stayton/Sublimity offices. In addition to doctors’ appointments our transportation services include trips to the grocery stores and even activity based transportation services such as when we take trips to the casino or malls.

LANDSCAPING SERVICES

All common area landscaping services are provided. Rest easy knowing we have you covered on all your lawn care needs. Lawn trimmings picked up curbside as a courtesy for those residents who assist in maintaining their own private garden areas.

Small Café Located in Sloper Building

Sloper Café is a small homestyle cooking café offering home cooked meals and fresh made soups daily. Order to go, or join us in our dining room for a fresh meal. Open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. *Currently Sloper Café is closed to the public, however you may order food to go. Please call ahead and we would be happy to package you a home cooked meal to go.*

WEEKLY ACTIVITIES AND OUTINGS

Independent Living offers activities weekly that we hope to encourage community relationships as well as offer activities that people enjoy doing steps from their home. All activities are free and open to all independent living residents. Outings are scheduled by the activities director and will be published in our monthly activity calendar.
