Marian Estates offers a full service outpatient therapy program carefully constructed to speed recovery and maximize independence. The highly trained Consonus Rehab Services therapists are here to motivate and help clients achieve their optimum level of functioning and self-reliance. Services offered include Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy (as ordered by physicians), daily observation and written assessment. Clients also receive a review of the clinical course and treatment plan by a licensed Registered nurse and other professionals on the health care team. We are committed to providing the best rehabilitation possible and feel that continuity of care is a vital component in the restoration of health and independence.
Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy treatment programs are individually designed to improve or restore functional independence. They focus on the clients' goals and help their body function at an optimal level. Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment is provided for many conditions of the muscular-skeletal and nervous systems.
