With four nursing care opportunities, Marian Estates exhibits one of the most complete offerings including: Alzheimer’s & Related Disorders Special Care Intermediate or Hospice Care Skilled, Short-term Rehabilitative Care Respite Care Alzheimer's & Related Disorders Special Care As one of the region’s highest-acclaimed providers of Alzheimer’s care, we’ve customized a program that works with the unique needs of Alzheimer’s residents. Levels of care for Alzheimer’s & Related Disorders are based on assessed needs and are then appropriately placed on one of three secure neighborhoods designated for Alzheimer’s & Related Disorders Special Care. Needs Include: Cognitive assistance Self-ambulatory/Assisting device Secure environment Medication administration Constant social interaction Incontinence assistance Eating, dressing, hygiene, toileting assistance Nursing observation Care Level Acuity Points and Daily Room Rates (Alzheimer's and related Disorders Special Care units begin at Level II) Care Level II 21-29 Care Level III >30 Additional Complex Medical/Skilled rates may apply - can be short or long term depending upon assessed needs. Residents moving between rooms, units and/or levels of care will be subject to the applicable fees. *Private room with no bath will receive a $10/day discount. Services offered include Physical, Speech or Occupational Therapy as ordered by your physician, daily observation and written assessment, and review of the clinical course and treatment plan by a licensed Registered nurse and other professionals on the health care team. Rates Daily Room Rates start at $275. Private and semi-private rooms available. Additional Therapy rates may apply, depending upon frequency and level of therapy received. This service is intended for use by family members or caregivers who need a break from the duties of care giving. Marian Estates can accommodate short-term stays for persons who need general supervision and/or medication management as well as persons who require complex medical cares requiring 24-hour assistance.
