Alzheimer's & Related Disorders Care
We've customized a program that works with the unique needs of Alzheimer's residents. Levels of care for Alzheimer's & Related Disorders are based on assessed needs and are then appropriately placed on one of our secure neighborhoods.

- Secure environment
- Medication administration
- Constant social interaction
- Incontinence assistance
- Eating, dressing, hygiene, toileting assistance
- Nursing observation

Intermediate or Hospice Care
Residents in this category of care may need minimal to maximum assistance with activities of daily living and are assessed on a quarterly basis or more often if there is a significant change of condition.

- Eating assistance
- Dressing, bathing and grooming assistance
- Ambulation assistance
- Transfers from bed to wheelchair
- Care Level I 6-20
- Care Level II 21-29

Skilled, short-term Rehabilitative Care
The highly trained Consonus Rehab Services therapists are here to motivate and help residents achieve their optimum level of functioning and self-reliance. Services offered include Physical, Speech or Occupational Therapy as ordered by your physician, daily observation and written assessment. Residents also receive a review of the clinical course and treatment plan by a licensed Registered nurse and other professionals on the health care team.
Rates
Daily Room Rates start at $295.59. Private and semi-private rooms available.
Additional Therapy rates may apply, depending upon frequency and level of therapy received.

Respite Care
Designed for short-term, interim placement, generally less than 30 days in duration. This service is intended for use by family members or caregivers who need a break from the duties of care giving. Marian Estates can accommodate short-term stays for persons who need general supervision and/or medication management as well as persons who require complex medical cares requiring 24-hour assistance. We are here to assist and are flexible to meet a variety of needs.
